Upon guest’s cancellation of booking, they will have a right to reimbursement of money paid subject to the deduction of cancellation Charges being 25% (can be modified) of the total rental price if cancellation is made 7 days to guest checking in.Cancellations cannot be made once the guest has checked in and all Booking payments are non-refundable after check-in.
If we cancel a confirmed booking, we shall work hard to find a replacement property acceptable to the guest or refund monies paid on unused rental. Our liability for damages will be limited to the amount of unused rental, based on a calculation of unused rental Days.
Changes to booking dates or properties are subject to Availability. Each booking change shall incur a service fee of 10% To be paid at the time of confirming the said changes.

THIS IS A 5-BEDROOM APARTMENT, IT CAN ONLY CONTAIN 10 GUESTS AT A TIME i.e. MAXIMUM OF 10 OCCUPANTS PER BOOKING.SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APARTMENT, KINDLY USE THE BALCONY OR THE POOL AREA FOR SMOKING. Smoking inside the apartment attracts 100,000 naira penalty.
NO FORM OF PARTY OR GET TOGETHER IS ALLOWED, JUST A NORMAL STAYCATION OF NOT MORE THAN 10 GUESTS. Failure to adhere to this, you will forfeit your 100,000 naira caution fee and be evicted with no refund.
NO PET IS ALLOWED
NO SHOOT IS ALLOWED
IF THE HOUSE IS USED IN AN ABNORMALLY, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 20,000 FOR EXTRA CLEANING, AND CLEANING IS DONE EVERY TWO DAYS, IF YOU NEED EXTRA CLEANING IN BETWEEN, YOU WILL CHARGED 15,000.
VIOLENCE AND ABUSE OF THE HOUSEKEEPER, STAFF, OR SECURITY ARE NOT PERMITTED. YOU WOULD BE EVICTED IF YOU DO SO.
MUSIC IS TO BE PLAYED IN MODERATION TO AVOID NOISE POLLUTION.
THE CAUTION FEE IS REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER CHECK OUT AND NOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER CHECK OUT. IN CASE OF DAMAGES, A CAUTION FEE REFUND MIGHT TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS DEPENDING ON THE LEVEL OF DAMAGES.
IN CASE OF DAMAGES DURING YOUR STAY, THE GUESTS SHOULD NOT INITIATE ANY REPAIR ON THE FACILITY, KINDLY INFORM THE MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY.
