Can we check in early?

Our check-in time is always 2 pm each day and there is an extra charge for early check-in if the apartment is available

Can I change my reservation?

Yes, you can do a week before your check-in I.e 7 days before your check-in date and this should be communicated to customer service.

Can we check out late?

Our check-out time is always 11 am but there is an extra hour charge for late check-out if the apartment is available

Can we deposit upfront and complete payment when we check in including caution deposits?

No. You should make complete payment to tick your date completely on all booking platform

Is the environment safe and secure

All our faculties are located in a safe, secure, and Serene environment with well-trained estate security personnel.

Can I make payment for a reservation ahead

Yes that's the only option to get your date ticked out on all platforms

Is it 24 hours electricity supply

Yes. It is

Can we inspect the facility and make payment?

Yes. You can inspect if not occupied by a Guest

Can we cancel the booking during our stay for any personal reason and get a refund?

No. You own all the dates booked and they must be completed

Is there any discount on long-stay booking?

Yes, For a month's stay, and must be an outright payment.
